Why only 5 stars? I would give 10 stars. I was the first time visitor without any knowledge of gears. I have an AWD vehicle and still wanted chains for 2 days which would have cost me $40. But a polite gentleman insisted not to hire as he said it was fine with AWD and police would not fine me. I also wanted to hire boots and cloths for 2 days and again he checked the live forecast and said that the shoes and cloths which we were wearing were ok as the temperature was not that freezing. We enjoyed our trip to Mt Perisher and Thredbo and the guy saved $350 for us whereas he could have earned good money during the peak season. He also gave me a card and asked me to visit again with a great smile and offered 20% discount on my next visit. I would recommend everyone to visit these professional and genuine guys They will never loot you to make money….10 stars Mate…you guys have won my heart…you have a special place in my heart.. The staff were efficient. The prices are awesome. I can recommend getting the performance package over the standard package. Well worth the extra money as the board and bindings are in a different league to the normal gear. The clothing got a good test in rainy conditions and it held up reasonably well. Highly recommended. 😉

Fantastic staff who are very professional and knowledgeable. On top of this very fun and friendly. We came here on recommendation of a friend and we too now 100% recommend these guys. We’ll be back every year (and the dog too, thanks for looking after him)
The team here are fantastic. Really patient with first timer ski and snowboards and they know their stuff. Willing to explain how to put on gear correctly and really listen if you got concerns etc. Ive had two ankle surgeries so ski boots were a bit of try a few pairs to find the best option. Quality equipment and clothing and great prices aswell.

Every single one of them was super helpful, a pleasure to deal with and patient with assisting us with the gear and rentals.. They have good gear for great deals.. Also very convenient to locate around the Jindabyne area.. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend and will be back

Good friendly service, good price, and super convenient; we’ve got great from here several years in a row and will go back next time. And, re snow chains, yes they spent the time to show me how to put them on properly (thank you!) Luckily we didn’t need them.

I feel like I can’t NOT give these guys 5 stars. Ive been here twice and every single person we have dealt with has been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Their pricing is also very competitive and they offer ongoing discounts for repeat customers. Usually I try and stick away from the bigger chain stores but the level of service you receive here is a credit to both management and staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire snow gear!
